Description:
The primary role is to be responsible for business development, sales strategy, quality assurance, operation management and high level project oversight for the Training operations. Manage country revenue, contribution, and quality achievement to lead the growth and development of the Education Services business in the country.

Consulting & Training Manager

Description:
Work with sales team or clients directly to understand client requirements in terms of technical training, product training, soft-skills training and post-training services. Engage in needs analysis, designing training solutions, preparing proposals and presenting to internal managers and external clients. Lead the sales team to finalise client training requirements, training content, lab exercises, mode of delivery, feedback mechanisms and assessment methodologies.

Country Training Consultants

Description:
Responsible for providing instructor-led training, course content development and customization as well as training consultancy services such as skills assessment and training roadmaps to clients and vendors in specific areas of domain expertise.
